Response Time

With our Residential Service Agreement , we guarantee that a technician will arrive at your job in less than four hours from the time you call. Most times, we are able to get a technician to you within the hour.

Rates

When a service technician arrives at your house he will give you the preferred client rates that are 10%-20% lower than standard rates. As a preferred client you are also entitled to 10% off any jobs over $1500.

Annual Service Specifics

Included with your service agreement is an annual inspection of your plumbing that would normally cost $365. At the annual inspection we will perform the following items:

• Flush water heater
• Check pressure regulator
• Visual Inspection of all access drains
• Visual Inspection of all accessible freshwater system pipes
• Clean faucet areators
• Check toliet operation
• Video inspection of main sewer line
• Inspect irrigation system
